Our Platform: Velogo AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform's core software, default tools, UI designs, and brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velogo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velogo AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
